What you will need to make the Emmaline Bag

  • Exterior fabric (Quilting cotton, canvas, or décor weight cotton)
  • Lining fabric (Light to mid-weight fabric)
  • Sew-in Interfacing, canvas bag lining, or fusible batting/fleece
  • One scrap of fusible interfacing for zipper pocket
  • One scrap of fusible interfacing for slip pocket
  • Two scraps of heavy-weight fusible interfacing for magnet
  • Zipper for interior pocket
  • Magnetic Snap Closure
  • Water-soluble Erasable Marking Pen, or Chalk Pencil (we love the frixion pens)
  • Rotary Cutting Tool, Mat, and Quilting Ruler and your basic sewing supplies
  • Clear Template plastic for bag base
  • Four Rectangular Rings
