This is the Convertible Annika Bag pdf sewing pattern from the designer Leenek Studio.
It’s the perfect size for carrying everyday items. This bag can be used as a shoulder bag or a crossbody bag or as a backpack. You can convert this bag from a shoulder bag to a backpack by unclipping the strap from the side connectors to back connectors.
It features two front zipper pockets (the smaller one is optional), one back zipper pocket (optional), one interior zipper pocket (optional) and one interior slip pocket (optional).
The bag is finished with binding.
Sizing info: When you have finished making your very own Convertible Annika Bag it will measure approximately 10.5″ tall by 10″ wide by 4.5″ deep.
Skill level: The designer rates her sewing project as suitable for intermediate sewers. She says there are some tight curves.

What’s needed to make the Convertible Annika Bag:
Exterior (vinyl, cork, canvas or quilt weight cotton) – ½ yard, width 44” (For best results the designer recommends mid weight vinyl or thicker canvas fabric),
Lining – ¾ yard, width 44” or WPC ½ yard, width 60”,
The PDF file that is in English features many color photos and step-by-step instructions. Pattern pieces are provided for all pattern pieces, including rectangles. For rectangle pieces measurements are also given. Pattern pieces are for full pieces, there is no need to cut anything on the fold.
