This is the Stella Zipper Pouch pdf sewing pattern from the designer Center Street Quilts. We really like the neat zipper, and handy tab to hold for opening and closing the bag, and the wide top that allows easy access and viewing for all the bits and pieces stored inside.
The Stella Zipper Pouch is a quilted zipper pouch pattern that comes in three sizes – small, medium, and large. And if you make all three of them then they actually nest inside each other. How handy is that!
Don’t know how to ‘quilt’? Don’t worry, its not difficult. So long as you can sew a straight or meandering line, you can sew a quilted design onto these bags. Quilting makes them soft and strong, and helps them keep their shape.
Skill level:
When it comes to making these lovely pouches the designer says that a basic sewing knowledge is expected, but the pattern is simple enough for a confident beginner to complete.
