Sewing Date Traveller Basket FREE sewing pattern
We know that you love to sew bags (that’s why you visit us, thank you) but we’ve really noticed that fabric baskets have been particularly popular recently. So we want to give you what you love to make – and here is another great fabric basket, this time with some extra features we think you’ll enjoy sewing up.
This basket features a zippered pocket divider, so if you want to use it to hold projects you are working on, you can keep all of the small bits and pieces safely in the zipper pocket, or use the divider to keep several projects separated in the same basket.
Sizing info:
When you have finished making your very own Sewing Date Traveller Basket it will measure approximately 12″ by 9-1/2″ by 6-1/2″.
What you will need to make a Sewing Date Traveller Basket:-
- A total of 3.5 yards of assorted quilting cottons,
- 2-yards Pellon 65 or similar heavyweight interfacing,
- One 12″ closed-end zipper,
- Spray Basting (Optional),
- Basic sewing supplies,
- A sewing machine.
