What’s needed to make an Oxford Hobo Bag:-
1 yard of exterior fabric (lighter cotton fabrics or leather/vinyl),
2 yards of lining fabric for the lining and straps,
A long strip of non-fraying material for the accent belt (at least 2½” by 64” long),
Non-fraying material for the strap connectors (at least 10″ by 5″),
3 yards of SF101 (4 yards if you are using cotton woven or lighter fabric for your exterior),
Piping foot or welting foot for the size cording you are using. This is for sewing the strands for your braided straps. The designer says it’s not required, but your results will be much better if you have one,
