The June Wallet is an easy to follow sewing pattern. The designer says it’s easy enough for a confident beginner with basic sewing skills to complete.
The June Wallet has the following features:
- Two sizes- full size and mini,
- A slim profile,
- A zippered pocket,
- A card pocket with magnetic snap closure.
When you have finished making each of the June Wallets they will measure approximately:
- Full size = 7.75″ by 3.5″.
- Mini size = 4.75″ by 3.5″.
What’s needed to make a June Wallet (for one full size wallet):
- ¼ yard of exterior fabric,
- ¼ yard of lining fabric,
- ¼ yard of medium weight fusible interfacing (Pellon 809 Decor Bond):,
- One 7” metal zipper (4” for mini),
- Two extra thin 14 mm magnetic snaps (one for mini),
- One split key ring (optional),
- Basic sewing supplies,
- A sewing machine.
The designer recommends for the fabrics that you use cotton canvas, linen, or quiliting cotton for the exterior and quilting cotton for the lining.
