DIY Tote Bag FREE sewing tutorial

This is a DIY Tote Bag FREE sewing tutorial from the designer Sew Crafty Me.

Tote bags are the perfect bag for carrying your essentials for a day out on the beach or pool. And of course they make the perfect every day bag for shopping or going to work. They can also offer a perfect storage solution to your little one’s toys, books, and other items during travel. Stuff it, close it, sling it over your shoulder!

Sew Crafty Me’s tutorial will help you sew a simple and light tote that is roomy without being bulky. This bag is made only of rectangular pieces and hence sewing this bag would be an easy task for any beginner seamstress.

Please note that the flower shown on the closure is not included in this tutorial, but is a nice optional extra. A fancy button would look good there too.
