What’s needed to make a Day to Day Duffle Bag:
- Woven Fabric for the outer for example Canvas, Faux Leather, Vinyl, Denim, Pul, interfaced Cotton Woven (medium to heavy weight),
- Woven Fabric for the lining – Canvas, Quilting Cotton, etc. (medium weight),
- Interfacing – depending on the fabric that you use for the main and liner pieces, you can use fusible fleece or medium weight interfacing for the main pieces and light to medium weight interfacing for the lining pieces,
- 7-10” All Purpose Zipper for the Outer Pockets,
- 10-17” All Purpose Zipper for the Inner Pocket,
- 15-20” Zipper for Closure,
- Two D-rings ,
- One Slide Buckle Triglide ,
- Two Swivel Snap D Ring Hooks ,
- A bag shaper for the bottom stability (plastic or card board),
- Four studs/bag feet,
- Optional Piping for two Pocket Tops,
- Basic sewing supplies,
- A sewing machine.
