Cross Body Bag – video and free sewing pattern

A cross-body bag is ideal for when you need to keep hands free – ideal when shopping, anytime you have the kids with you, travelling, or when taking a romantic walk with your hubby and holding hands  🙂  So we all need one – or more of these.

In this video, Shabby Fabrics will show you how to make a simple cross-body bag that looks cute, but it simple to make and closes with a simple button and loop at the top edge.  No tricky zippers, so if you’ve not tackled zippers yet but still want to make a cute bag – give this one a try.

Materials needed:–

• 1 charm pack,
• 1/2 a yard of co-ordinating fabric,
• 1/2 a yard of fusible fleece,
• Basic sewing supplies,
• A sewing machine.
