Winter Purse FREE sewing pattern
Here’s a great free pattern for the Winter Purse.
The designer of this purse has added two pockets on the outside and two on the inside to hold everything you need. She describes her purse as “Not too small and not too big. This purse is perfect for this winter”.
This purse is easy to sew and the designer has used big chunky zippers on the front of the purse to keep all your important stuff, like your phone, safe. These would be a great way to add an interesting pop of color to the bag, using a zipper with a bright contrasting color to your fabric.
With a big pleat added to the middle, this bag carries everything you will need.
When finished the Winter Purse measures approximately 4″ by 10″ by 12″ plus the straps.

What you will need to make the Winter Purse:-
- 3/4 of a yard of 42″ wide fabric for the exterior of the purse,
- 3/4 of a yard of 42″ wide fabric for the lining,
- 1/3 of a yard of 42″ wide faux leather,
- One magnetic snap,
- Two 5″ zippers with large pull tabs,
- Basic sewing supplies,
- Sewing machine.
