This is a totally adorable sewing pattern for the Small World Suitcase that is going to melt your heart. It’s the cutest little fabric suitcase to sew that everyone will love.
This fully lined fabric suitcase is absolutely perfect for an overnight trip, toy storage, or pretend-play. Children love this sturdy little case and it will provide hours of imaginative play as they pack and unpack their goodies.
There are lots of other uses for this fun-size case, like using it as a larger size bag for toiletries or you can put it inside your luggage to keep fragile items separate. Maybe sew it as a shoe bag or lingerie bag to keep certain items separated in your main luggage.
The designer, Ric raC Sews, says that their sewing pattern is best suited to an advanced beginner or intermediate sewer. The pattern contains detailed diagrams and step-by-step explanations, and please don’t be put off by that zipper. The zipper is sewn in flat, not in the round.
