Slim Bifold Wallet FREE sewing tutorial (+ video)

Here’s a Slim Bifold Wallet FREE sewing tutorial from the designer Yoan Sewing Studio.
This awesome wallet comes with six card pockets, a zipper pocket, four compartments to keep your cash, cellphone, cheque book, or passport.
The designer has also added a wristlet strap, and as the designer says this allows you to carry this wallet itself pretty much everywhere, handy if you don’t want or need to carry a large purse with you.

Besides producing a written tutorial the designer has also made a 22-minute video tutorial that is available for you to watch below.
What’s needed to make a Slim Bifold Wallet:-
- 2x Fat Quarters or 2x ¼ yard of cotton fabric,
- Pellon 809 Decor Bond 10″ by 10″ (alternative : decovil, fusible fleece/thermolam or your preferred mid-heavy weight interfacing) *note : if you use fusible fleece, your wallet will turn out on the softer side,
- ½ yard Fusible Woven interfacing (20″ wide),
- 1 all purpose zipper (at least 6″ long),
- ½” D ring,
- ½” swivel hook,
- 1 scrap of ribbon (1″ by ½”),
- Metal Snap Closure (alternative: magnetic snap, velcro, button),
- Basic sewing notions.
