Plumeria Shoulder Bag sewing pattern

Plumeria is an all-purpose shoulder bag. It’s a great bag with the following features:-
- Six card slots,
- One cash/receipt slip pocket,
- One small zipper coin pouch in the exterior zipper pocket,
- One big slip pocket on the exterior,
- One zippered pocket inside,
- A zip-top closure to keep the bag’s contents secure.
The Plumeria shoulder bag is ideal for an advanced beginner sewer and when finished measures approximately 12″ wide by 13″ high by 4″ deep.
What you will need to make the Plumeria Shoulder Bag:-
- 1/2 yard of quilting cotton for the exterior fabric
- 1-yard of quilting cotton for the lining fabric
- 1/2 yard of contrasting fabric – quilting cotton/vinyl/cork
- 1-yard sew-in foam interfacing (Pellon flex foam / Annie’s Soft and Stable)
- 2 1/2 yards of fusible woven interfacing (Pellon SF-101 shapeflex)
- 1/8 yard of fusible stiff stabilizer (Pellon peltex 71f)
- As assortment of zippers for the various pockets and top closure

- One 14mm magnetic snap
- Eight rivets (size 9mm)
- Bag feet (optional)
- Coordinating thread, basic sewing supplies and a sewing machine
