Here’s a FREE pattern with a tutorial where you get to chose 3 different pieces of quilting cotton to make your Perennial Purse. Add on faux leather handles and you’ll have yourself a beautiful purse.  Have you heard of Art Gallery Fabrics? Often they produce sewing patterns for us to enjoy featuring some of the fabrics from their range. This Perennial Purse features some pretty Spring florals but we think the classic shape of this bag makes it suitable for all sorts of fabrics. Solids and dark colors make the bag classy and sophisticated, how about stripes for something nautical, or a solid at the bottom in a heavier fabric and something bright to contrast for the top panel – mix and match, the choice is yours!

The finished size of the purse is approximately 14¾” by 13½” by 5½”.

What you will need to make the Perennial Purse:-

• Three different pieces of quilting cotton – measuring ½ yard, 1/6 yard and ⅛ yard,
• ¾ yard of lining fabric,
• Faux leather purse handles,
• Basic sewing supplies,
• Sewing machine.
