This is a really lovely pleated tote bag that is a compact but roomy bag, that is great for on the go!
Sizing info:
When you have finished making your own Time Warp Tote Bag it will measure approximately 14″ by 4″ by 12″.
The designer, Sherri Sylvester of THREAD RIDING HOOD, has used some of the lovely fabrics from Cloud 9 Fabrics to make the Time Warp Tote Bag that you see in the pictures. We are sure you have some fabulous fabric in your stash that will be perfect for this bag.
What you will need to make a Time Warp Tote Bag:-
- 1/3 yard Time Warp Sunburst Olive for Main Upper Sides,
- ¼ yard Time Warp Ripple Brown for Main Base.
- 1/3 yard Cirrus Solids Ash for Pleat Contrast & Handles,
- ½ yard Cirrus Solids Petal for Lining,
- 1/3 yard Medium Weight Fusible Interfacing (assumes 20 ” width) or use Fusible Fleece (for a more structured bag),
- Basic sewing supplies,
- A sewing machine.
