Maija tote bag sewing pattern
|The Maija Tote is a medium to large bag with plenty of pockets. And as a real bonus, the Maija Tote Bag includes TWO versions:-
- The FIRST version is the diagonal zipper pocket with the middle feature panel. This version also comes with the pattern piece to do the feature panel without the zipper pocket.
- The SECOND version features a horizontal zipper pocket one side and a large slip pocket on the other side.
Both versions are perfect for that large print you want to showcase. The pattern is written for quilting weight cotton but can easily be made in other fabrics such as vinyl, decor weight or even cork. Other features include interior slip pockets and a zipper pocket. And although the bag is ideal for intermediate sewers, beginners can also sew it, as the pattern includes a very detailed pattern with text and diagrams, a photo tutorial and pattern pieces in letter size.
The finished size of the bag is 13″ high by 14″ wide by 5″ deep.
