This bag has been specifically designed to carry all your stuff that you need to go to the park. It’s big enough to carry snacks, sometimes lunch, a blanket, sunscreen, water etc.
It has gathered inside pockets, some with elastic straps, and a surprise circular pocket on the outside just perfect for keys and a cell phone.
Lots of stash pieces were used to make this bag, and of course, it is ideal for you to give it your own personal touch.
What you will need to make the Let’s Go To The Park Bag:-
- 3/4 yard of heavyweight fabric for the outer bag
- 1/2 yard of quilting cotton for the liner
- 1/2 yard or so of contrasting or coordinating fabrics for pockets and such – mix and match as needed
- 1 yard of 3/4 inch elastic
- Basic sewing supplies
- Sewing machine.
