Essentials Case – PDF Sewing Pattern

Do you need a case to hold all your sewing/art supplies or anything else you would like to take with you?
The Essential Case is for you! It is large enough to hold everything but still small enough to take with you.
The Front has a curved pocket with snap closure and the back has a Zipper Pocket and a large Slip Pocket.
The interior is filled with pockets!! Four of them!!
There is a large Slip Pocket, a Pleated Pocket, a smaller Slip Pocket, and a large Mesh Pocket!
That should keep you organized!

This case looks fabulous in cotton, cork, or decorator fabrics.
The hardest part will be deciding on the fabrics.

Finished Size:
10 ½“H x 12“ W x 4“D

Materials:
½ yard – Exterior Fabric 1 – Cotton, Cork or Decorator fabric * Thick Faux Leather is not recommended.
1 FQ – Print Fabric for Front & Back Pockets
⅓ yard – Accent Fabric – Pocket Lining
⅝ yard – Lining Fabric
5 ¾“ x 12 ½“ – Mesh Fabric
¾ – 1 yard – Woven Interfacing (SF101)
⅝ yard – Foam Stabilizer (Soft & Stable, Style-Vil, Headliner)
#5 zipper – 12” and 22“ plus 3 Zipper Pulls
8“ – 1“ (25mm) Webbing for Handle or cut from Exterior fabric
12 ½“ – 20mm – Fold-over Elastic or ½“ W Double Fold Bias Tape
2 ½ yards – 20mm Fold-over Elastic or ½“ W Double Fold Bias Tape – For Binding the interior seams on Version 1
(2) – ½“ D-Rings – **Optional
12mm Metal Snap
