Wall Pocket Organiser FREE sewing pattern

Not strictly a bag today but still a way to hold stuff and organise things, so we think it deserves a mention. Certainly, if you enjoy sewing bags we think you’ll have the necessary skills and enjoy sewing this wall pocket organiser project.
It’s super-smart, easy to make, includes some quilting if you like, and would also make a nice organiser for a kids or teens room, or a gift idea for a girlfriend. Make one in more manly fabric and a teen boy could perhaps be persuaded to keep his room tidy too!
What you will need to make a Wall Pocket Organiser:–
- 1/2 a yard of the main fabric,
- One fat quarter of pocket fabric,
- 1/2 a yard of lining fabric,
- 1 1/4 yards of Pellon Flex-Foam,
- 1 package of 1/2″ wide double fold bias binding,
- 2 extra-large eyelets,
- Eyelet setting tool,
- 505 basting spray,
- Walking foot for your sewing machine (optional, but highly recommended),
- Basic sewing supplies,
- A sewing machine.
