Here’s a project the kids would love to work on with you! This seahorse beachy bag will get you noticed and is fun to make. Get the kids to drag their own gear to the beach, the pool or the park this year in their own decorated beachy bags.
Sew a basic tote bag and then decorate it and embellish it for a beachy or under the sea look. This is a really fun beginner project, or a craft project for over the summer with the kids. It can be eco-friendly too if you recycle an old towel to make your bag.

What you will need to make a Seahorse Beachy Tote Bag:-
- 3/4 yard of fabric (cotton, twill, canvas) see HERE for links to blue cotton twill for this bag
- Sewing machine
- Freezer paper
- E-6000 Glue
- E-6000 Fray Lock
- E-6000 Fabri-Fuse
- Americana Decor Multi Surface Paints or other fabric paints
- Pearls, Googley Eyes
- Fish Tanks Rocks (Aquarium Gravel)
- Fringe
- Paintbrushes.
