A 7″ zippered pocket is optional for the interior and/or backside of the medium and large bag. The instructions also include a bonus blog tutorial on how to add a pocket without a zipper to the interior of your backpack.
This cute backpack features a front pocket, adjustable back straps for kids and adults.

This PDF sewing pattern comes in three sizes as follows:
For the fabric, interfacing and hardware the designer recommends that you use the following:
- Medium to heavy weight woven fabrics for the main pieces. And medium weight woven fabric for the lining pieces.
- Mid Weight Fusible Interfacing for the main pieces and straps.
- Optional Firm Fusible Interfacing for the bottom.
- Magnet Closure or Snap Set (1).
- 25-30mm D-rings (2) and 25-30mm Rectangle Slider (2) or 25-30mm D-rings (4). (If using Webbing for the straps, make sure that your hardware is the same size or larger than the Webbing. Strap pattern pieces are for 30mm hardware.)
