Nice and neat manicure kit – FREE sewing pattern
We love FREE patterns here at Sew Modern Bags and we like to share a number of them with you each week.
This one is a super simple and easy tutorial for a manicure kit. You can make one for yourself or you can make some as beautiful gifts for a friend or loved one. The design is pretty basic so it is ideal for a beginner sewer who wants an easy and quick project.
The kit opens up with ample room for all the tools one would need to keep those fingernails looking lovely. It then folds up nice and compact to be taken along with you.
When finished this manicure kit will measure approximately 7 1/2″ by 5 1/4″ when folded and 7 1/2″ by 13 1/2″ when unfolded.
What you will need to make this Manicure Kit

This is an adaptable pattern. Once you sew it once and see how everything comes together, then it’s time to mix it up a bit and sew another one with something different in mind. Perhaps one to carry small cosmetics and a set of brushes. Or make one for a friend who likes to crochet to carry and sort all of her needles. Or make one to keep in the car and hold basic first aid supplies. You’ll find lots of ideas how you can use a simple pattern like this one.
