Warning: It is extremely important that you do not leave a plugged-in curling iron in your curling iron pocket!. That is like leaving a hot iron iron-side down on your ironing board… it’s a huge fire hazard.
When you have finished making your Curling Iron Protective Pocket it will measure 10″ by 3″.
What you will need to make a Curling Iron Protective Pocket
- Fifteen mini-charm squares
- A 6 3/4″ by 10 3/4″ piece of heat resistant fabric (Ironing board fabric)
- A 6 3/4″ by 10 3/4″ piece of batting
- 17″ of coordinating 1/2″ wide double-fold bias tape
- Basic sewing supplies
- A sewing machine.
