Blissful Bag Pattern
|If you would like to make a quick to complete purse then this is the pattern for you. The designer says – it’s so quick, in fact, that you’ll want to make one for all of your quilting friends. We think this pattern is ideal for those new to bag making, or even fairly new to sewing.
Using fabric strips makes it quick to complete even for a confident beginner. This makes the pattern very scrap-friendly, or you can use a jelly roll, cut your own strips or simply cut the pattern from a solid piece of fabric – no need to sew strips unless you want to!
The designer has named her bag the Blissful Bag. It has pockets on the outside and inside and is a handbag you can take everywhere. The shaping is lovely and yet it doesn’t make it any more difficult to sew.
When you have finished making the Blissful Bag it will measure approximately 14″ by 9″ by 2″ excluding the handle. If you would like to purchase the downloadable pattern you can click on the link below.
