Here’s an absolutely awesome FREE pattern for this Airstream inspired Zippered Toiletry Bag.

This toiletries travel bag has the following features:

It is just like the curved design of the classic Airstream trailers
It’s a good size and shape and is able to hold all your bath necessities
It’s bold, bright, and brimming with personality
The zipper curves around the entire top, meaning the bag opens wide to make loading and unloading easy
Inner panels of wipe-clean polyurethane laminate (PUL) help keep your toiletries tidy
An invisible thread was used for all the ribbon stitching
The bag finishes at approximately 9″ wide at its widest point across the front by 6½” high and 4″ deep.

What you will need to make the Airstream Zippered Toiletry Bag

Red and blue ribbons or ribbons with a travel theme
½ yard of 44″+ wide patterned quilting cotton for the bag’s top sections
¼ yard of 44″+ wide solid canvas or similar for the bag’s bottom sections
⅓ yard of 44″+ wide PUL (polyurethane laminate) for the bag’s lining – optional, you can use regular quilting cotton if you prefer
¾ yard of 20″+ wide medium weight interfacing, like Pellon Décor Bond
One package (approx. 2 yards) of ½” inch piping in a coordinating color to accent the ribbons
One package (approx 2 yards) of double fold bias tape to match the lining
One 14″+ zipper
All purpose thread to match both fabric and ribbons and/or Invisible Thread in Clear
