Quilty Zipper Pouch - easiest zipper ever?

We love something a little bit different and this pieced zipper pouch with binding is just the cutest thing we’ve seen all week. It also promises the easiest zipper ever so who are we to argue with that – give it a try. The pattern and tutorial for this pretty project is free.

This great sewing project is an ideal way to use up your scraps, or orphan quilt blocks, or showcase all those pretty fabrics that you have in just the smallest pieces left.

Or you can simply skip the piecing and using scraps and make the front piece of the bag from one of your favorite prints.

An innovative and very pretty way to sew a simple zipper pouch. This method makes sewing the zipper super-easy and the binding is so cute too!

The binding gives it a pretty finish and is another way to add in more color or pattern – you gotta love it!

When you have finished making yourself one of these Quilty Zipper Pouches it will measure approximately 8″ by 10″.
