When finished the Ellie Hobo Bag will measure approximately 16” wide by 13” high without the handle and 3” deep.
What you will need to make the Ellie Hobo Bag:-
- 1 yard for the exterior and 1 yard for the lining of 44” wide heavyweight home decorator or quilting weight cotton, leather or faux leather,
- 1/16 of a yard of 44” wide leather, artificial leather for the handle cover,
- 1 yard of 44” wide lightweight fusible interfacing,
- Two 7” all-purpose zipper for lining zipper pocket,
- One 18 mm magnetic snap,
- Three packs of line 24 snap for handle cover OR one 6″ length,
- 1″ wide hook and loop fastener (optional),
- One spool of coordinating thread,
- Basic sewing supplies,
- A sewing machine.
