It’s also a project that is totally fat quarter friendly as well, although the designer does point out that you may need a tiny bit more if your fabric is directional.
You can definitely make one of these for yourself, however, they also make a great gift. It’s a quick project that you can make when one of your friends is having a baby. If you add in a few diapers and wipes then you will have yourself a delightful, and most thoughtful gift, at the baby shower.
What you will need to make the Big Pocket Baby Clutch:-
- Three to four fat quarters of fabric (depending on how many different fabrics you want to use),
- 1-yard of fusible fleece,
- One button or snap closure,
- One 1/2” D-ring for the optional tab,
- Basic sewing supplies,
- Sewing machine.
