The Yuletide Stocking is a simple and festive Christmas stocking design with several cuff and toe shapes. This stocking is beautiful in any fabric, including velvet, brocade, home decor cotton, or quilting cotton. Use piping, embroidery, or other embellishments to create beautiful customized stockings for your whole family. This sewing pattern is suitable for a confident beginner. There are instructions for making the stocking with or without the cuff.
This now includes both the original Yuletide Stocking pattern and the pattern add-on with four extra sizes!
DIMENSIONS of medium stocking:
Length: 18” (45.7 cm)
Width at cuff: 8” (20.3 cm)
Width at toe: 11.5” (29.2 cm)
Length while hanging: 22” (56 cm)
MATERIALS REQUIRED:
- Exterior fabric, interior fabric
- Fusible Fleece interfacing
- Lightweight woven fusible interfacing
- Optional piping and other embellishments
The Pattern:
This pattern includes two files, the original Yuletide pattern with the instructions and Medium pattern pieces, as well as a file with the four other sizes. Pattern instructions are given in both inches and centimeters. This can be printed on Letter or A4 paper. Also included are an A0 printshop large format file and a projector file (both optional).
