What materials do I need?
- ½ yard (0.4 m) exterior that is 54" (138 cm) wide,
- ½ yard (0.4 m) lining that is 44" (112 cm) wide,
- ½ yard (0.4 m) decovil light (28" (72 cm) wide, narrower will need more),
- ½ yard (0.4 m) fusible fleece,
- 1 yard (0.9 m) medium weight fusible interfacing 1yd (90 cm) wide, narrower will need more,
- 1 x 6" (15 cm) #3 zip to match lining (cut continuous zip 8" (20 cm)),
- (4) of ½" (12 mm) bag feet,
- (2) of 1" (2.5 cm) rectangle rings,
- (1) of 1" (2.5 cm) strap slider,
- (1) Emmaline oval flip lock
- 9" x 2½" (23 cm x 6.4 cm) plastic mesh canvas bag base.
You will also need the following:
- Double sided basting tape,
- Zip foot & walking foot,
- Wonder clips,
- Fray check,
- Pressing cloth,
- Pinking shears,
- Duct tape,
- Chalk marker/erasable pen.
