This is not your traditional fold-over bag, it has a “secret back door zipper“ that enters directly into the bag, not into a pocket.
No need to unfold the bag and enter through the top zipper, instead sneak in through the "back door" to quickly grab your keys, bus pass or wallet.
This bag will hold letter-size/A4 notepads, perfect for a student or for those that just want a grab and go bag.
The pattern has 3 exterior versions to choose from, with an accent panel, plain, or accent bottom. It even has a special triangle fold on the boxed corners, I call them "Danish corners“. Instructions are included for sewing with cotton or faux leather.

This bag can be made out of faux leather, cork, cotton or decorator fabrics.
• 1⁄2 yard - Exterior Fabric **NOT recommended for obvious directional fabrics.
• 1⁄3 yard - Accent Fabric (Faux Leather) for Strap and Tabs
• 1⁄2 yard - Lining Fabric
• 1⁄2 yard -Woven Medium Weight Fusible Interfacing (add 1⁄2 yard extra if interfacing the exterior fabric)
• 1⁄2 yard - Fusible Fleece (for fabric version only)
• 1 - 11”- #5 Bag Zipper * Do NOT use a #3 dress zipper, it will not fit!
• 1 - 15”- #5 Bag Zipper
• 1 1⁄2 yards - 1“ Webbing for Version #1 - Adjustable Strap and Tabs
• 2 - 1” - D-Ring /O-Ring or Triangle Ring
• 2 - 1” - Swivel Hook
• 1 - 1“ - Slider
