The City Clutch pattern is a fun little bag that is very versatile. Dress it up or dress it down; there are many ways to personalize it and make it your own.
At its finest, the City Clutch has an exterior slip pocket with flap, a twist lock, an exterior zipper pocket, an internal divider zippered pocket, a detachable wrist strap, and a hand strap; all with a top zipper closure.
The City Clutch will hold all of your essentials and look fabulous doing it.

The City Clutch ranges from a beginner to an intermediate level pattern, depending on what features you decide to put in.
Sizing info:
The finished size of the City Clutch is 9" wide by 7" tall by 2.5" deep.
Materials needed:
- Exterior fabric – approx. 1/4 yard,
- Contrasting fabric – approx. 1/4 yard,
- Lining Fabric – approx. 3/4 yard,
- Lightweight woven interfacing (i.e. Pellon SF101) – approx. 1 1/2 yards of 20" width (more if the exterior is made of quilt cotton or a lightweight canvas),
- Fleece interfacing – approx. 1/4 yard,
- Decovil light (or other mid-weight interfacing) – 20" wide by 4" deep,
- One – 13" #5 zipper,
- One – 7" #5 zippers,
- One – 8 1/2" #3 zipper,
- One – Twist Lock or Magnetic snap (optional),
- One – 3/4" D-Ring,
- One – 3/4" Swivel Hook,
- Seven – Double cap rivets (optional),
- One – Metal zipper end (optional),
- Coordinating thread,
- Double stick quilters tape or glue stick (optional, but highly recommended).
