The Casey Tote Bag is a roomy tote that is fully lined and includes two exterior slip pockets, an interior slip pocket, an interior zip pocket, and a top zipper closure. It calls for minimal hardware. You will love this pattern!

The Casey Tote pattern is great for the confident beginner or intermediate sewer.

Sizing info:
The Casey Tote is 14” wide by 15” tall by 5.5” deep.

Materials needed:

  • Exterior fabric – approx. ¾ yard,
  • Contrast Fabric – approx. ½ yard,
  • Lining Fabric – approx. ¾ yard,
  • Light weight interfacing (i.e. Pellon sf101) – approx. 2 yards of 20” width,
  • Fleece interfacing mid weight – approx. ½ yard,
  • Heavyweight stabilizer (i.e. Pellon Peltex or Decovil Heavy) – approx. ¼ yard,
  • Coordinating thread,
  • Double stick quilters tape (optional),
  • Five small to medium double cap rivets (optional),
  • One 19” #5 zipper,
  • One 11” all-purpose or #5 zipper.
